About the role Byford Family Practice is seeking an experienced and passionate GP RN/EN position with the opportunity to work in a collaborative primary care setting, providing high-quality healthcare to our local community. What you'll be doing Delivering comprehensive primary care and nursing services to patients, including conducting health assessments, administering treatments, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers Providing education and support to patients on managing their health conditions and promoting wellness Collaborating with the GP and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring compliance with clinical and administrative procedures including recalls and reminders Participating in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives What we're looking for RN/EN with a current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary care or community nursing setting Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively in a team Proficient in using clinical software and electronic medical record systems Experience with Best Practice clinical software is required Must have completed the relevant Immunisation Course for giving vaccinations.
