About the Role
Join San Telmo Brisbane — one of Brisbane's most anticipated openings for 2026— as a Section Waiter. This is a key role working across the dining floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium CBD environment. You’ll work within a close-knit front-of-house team, reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor and receiving dedicated monthly appraisals & real professional support!
As a Food & Beverage Salesperson at San Telmo Brisbane, your day to day will involve:
- Deliver attentive table service across floor sections
- Drive food and beverage sales through confident menu knowledge and guest engagement
- Maintain premium service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Handle guest feedback professionally and contribute to a positive team culture
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service delivery
