Following the success of our flagship Melbourne venue, San Telmo Brisbane will be an Argentinian steakhouse centred around traditional asado cooking, premium produce, and bold, rustic flavours. Built on the warm, social nature of Argentinian dining, the venue will deliver a vibrant atmosphere and genuine South American hospitality.
With an experienced Restaurant Manager already in place, we’re now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role - suited to a leader who enjoys being on the floor, driving service standards and developing their team within a fast-paced, premium environment.
