Due to an upcoming period of maternity leave, we have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a well-established, high-performing permanent desk within the industrial and manufacturing sector, specialising in technical and engineering roles. This is not a start-from-scratch role. It’s a warm, respected desk with deep client relationships, consistent job flow, and the space for the right person to genuinely make it their own. The Role: You’ll take ownership of an established desk that has been built with care and credibility. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, nurturing long-term partnerships, and continuing the desk’s success in a way that feels sustainable and rewarding. You’ll be trusted to: Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment for technical engineering roles Work closely with long-standing industrial and manufacturing clients Build thoughtful, consultative relationships - not transactional ones Contribute to team discussions, mentoring, and shared success There is autonomy here, but never isolation - support is always close by. About You: You may be a Senior, Lead, or Principal Consultant who: Has 3 years’ agency recruitment experience (perm-focused) Enjoys technical or engineering markets (or closely aligned sectors such as manufacturing, construction or building services) Takes pride in quality delivery and trusted relationships Is confident running a desk but values being part of a team Why This Opportunity?
