This is your opportunity to join our passionate team as a Recruitment Officer to ensure that we are able to continually provide high quality support for our clients. What are the Key Responsibilities? Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with our leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements. Recruitment strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for the teams that you will be supporting. Candidate sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract suitable candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Screening and selection: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs. Reporting and analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. Please see attached Position Description for all requirements of the role. What are we looking for? Someone currently studying a related field such as HR or Business, a recent graduate or someone passionate about internal recruitment (experience preferred but not necessary). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable. Valid C class driving licence.
