The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to be the backbone of our Albury project office. You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of the office run smoothly, supporting a dynamic team delivering one of Australia's most significant rail infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Albury project office, including facilities, supplies, and equipment Provide high-level administrative support to the project leadership team Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules for project staff Assist with onboarding of new project personnel, including inductions and compliance documentation Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders as required Support the management of site rosters, timesheets, and attendance records Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised office environment About You Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Administrator, or similar role — ideally within construction, civil, or infrastructure Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced project environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be the go-to person for the whole team High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Ability to work autonomously and take initiative A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to supporting a high-performing team What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience The opportunity to work on a landmark national infrastructure project A supportive, family-oriented company culture A commitment to creating sustainable economic development and employment opportunities for local individuals
