ABOUT THE ROLE - Positioned at the Mercedes-Benz Head Office in renovated office spaces with on-site parking and gym, this role is part of the customer contact centre team and reports into the Customer Assistance Centre Manager. You will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience managing escalated inbound calls for Mercedes-Benz customers, providing technical support to high priority customer concerns. ABOUT THE JOB Utilising CRM / SalesForce efficiently whilst maintaining database Customer Service Excellence for all inbound calls, utilising internal tools and processes including technical assistance with the support of the technical team Assess goodwill financial support for customers. Assist the Customer Assistance Centre Manager with tasks such as daily stats reports and executive reports. Complaints Handling, de-escalation REQUIREMENTS An experienced Call Centre or Customer Service professional - automotive dealership experience with technical capacity advantageous Someone passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills Proven inbound call experience, appointment setting and objection handling A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey Mature and calm demeanour with the ability to manage customer concerns, problem solve and think on your feet How to APPLY - Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
