We are currently seeking detail-oriented Customer Support & Administration Consultants for a 2-month contract based in Melbourne CBD. Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are encouraged to apply. The Role You will be responsible for supporting a busy team with a mix of customer enquiries and administrative tasks, including: Handling inbound customer enquiries Assisting with general processing and account updates Supporting with requotes and customer follow-ups Maintaining accurate records across internal systems Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team This role is process-driven, with a strong focus on attention to detail and delivering a positive customer experience.
