The opportunity We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, qualified room leader or experienced educator to join our Mill Park team. In this role, you will guide daily room operations, support educators, and build strong relationships with children and families while delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity requiring availability to work a 4-week rotational roster, inclusive of early, middle, and late shifts. The role may also offer flexibility for a monthly RDO arrangement where operationally suitable. Demonstrated experience working as a qualified Educator, ideally with experience in a Room Leader role. Working with Children Check and Police Check (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years). Current nationally recognised CPR, First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications. A passion for inspiring young minds and a playful spirit.
