About the Role In this role, you will work closely with management and operational teams to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, operational performance, and scalability. You will apply industrial engineering principles, process analysis, and data-driven decision-making to optimise workflows, systems, and organisational procedures. Key Responsibilities Analyse operational workflows, systems, and business procedures Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Conduct workflow mapping, process reviews, and operational analysis Develop and implement improved operational methods and procedures Monitor productivity, resource utilisation, and operational performance Prepare reports, recommendations, and process documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments Assist with process standardisation and SOP development Evaluate operational systems and reporting capabilities Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision making About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in: Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Systems Engineering Operations Management or a related discipline Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in: operations analysis, process improvement, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or business optimisation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Desirable Experience Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or operational consulting environments Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Visio, Minitab, or related tools Lean Six Sigma certification What We Offer Opportunity to work on meaningful operational improvement projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Career development and growth opportunities Exposure to cross-functional business operations Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications Apply Now If you are passionate about operational excellence, process optimisation, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
