About the Role We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our team. The successful applicant will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential projects, fixtures such as basins, toilets, showers, sinks, and hot water systems. Key responsibilities Install and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Fit off plumbing fixtures and appliances in residential buildings. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Rough in and fit off plumbing services for new builds and renovations. Install and maintain hot water systems and related components. Carry out leak detection, fault finding, and remedial plumbing works. Perform testing, commissioning, and final checks on plumbing systems. Ensure all work complies with site safety requirements and relevant regulations. Liaise with builders, supervisors, clients, and other trades. Skills and experience required Proven experience as a residential plumber. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation methods. Ability to read plans and work to specifications. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Essential requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant residential plumbing experience. Certificate III in Plumbing or Equivalent Current plumbing trade qualification preferred. Current White Card. Ability to work safely and follow site procedures. Full working rights in Australia. Current driver’s licence preferred. Desirable Experience in residential new builds and renovations. Experience with maintenance plumbing. Knowledge of hot water systems, drainage, and stormwater work. Gas fitting experience and licensing, if applicable.
