Key Responsibilities Lead and run shifts with confidence and accountability Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally Support, train, and develop team members Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance standards Support labour control, productivity, and service efficiency Assist with stock control and inventory processes Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve KPIs and business goals
