We’re looking for a number of full-time Pastry Chefs to join our production team across our South Brisbane and CBD venues in preparation for our Pacific Fair venue opening in June. Whether you’re experienced in viennoiserie or wanting to bring your kitchen experience to a patisserie environment, you’ll be supported through structured cross-training by a passionate, skilled team who take pride in creating a world-class product.
