Our client, a well-established bakery with multiple locations, is seeking a proactive and organised Operations & Administration Coordinator to join their team. This is a maternity leave cover role with the potential for permanency. About the Role: This is a hands-on, allrounder position, supporting both operational and administrative aspects of the business. You will be responsible for: Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service Performing administrative tasks, including invoicing and record keeping Scheduling ingredient deliveries and coordinating bakery goods to supermarkets and retail locations Supporting day-to-day operations across multiple sites Collaborating with staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency The Ideal Candidate: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in administration, operations, or logistics (food industry experience is a plus) Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using office software and systems Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
