Randstad is seeking a high performing Executive Assistant to provide professional and Government experienced strategic support for our State Government Client. You will deliver comprehensive senior duties on behalf of Senior Executives and external Government agencies. Key Responsibilities High level Administration support: Including processing of invoices, mail merges, government procurement processes and documentation HR process support: Including recruitment panel support. Governance functions: Executive Secretariat functions, setting up meetings, calendar management, event coordination, recording minutes of the meeting. Project support: management of stakeholder databases, writing and coordinating briefings and reports High Level Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Executives and Government agencies Record Integrity: Ensure meticulous preparation of correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment. Selection Criteria Previous Government experience in a similar role is highly regarded. Executive Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, with a proven ability to manage complex workloads under limited supervision. Exceptional Communication: Highly developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to write concisely and represent the Department professionally to stakeholders. Problem Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach, implementing solutions independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite You must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate.
