What We’re Looking For: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week (with flexibility to work three weekdays & one weekend) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Well-presented with a professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and you can work in a fast-paced environment Full working rights in Australia What You’ll Do: Room Attendant Clean and maintain guest rooms or public areas to the highest hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities Ensure all areas are spotless, fresh, and welcoming Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas Always maintain safety & hygiene standards Houseperson Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and soiled linens. Delivers linens and necessary supplies to room attendants. Take laundry and dry cleaning orders to guests as well as any other miscellaneous items on request. Responds to guest requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g. linens, roll-a-ways, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner. Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly in all public areas including lift. Transport dirty linen to laundry load area as required then transport clean linen to storerooms and guest rooms as required. Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
