About the role We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance All Rounder to support the finance function of an established business based in South Sydney. This role suits someone who enjoys a hands on, varied position and is comfortable working independently in a small team environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for day to day accounting as well as providing general finance and operational support. The Responsibilities • Accounts payable and accounts receivable • Cash management and bank reconciliations • Payroll processing and administration • Month end reporting and reconciliations • Budget tracking and expense management • Assisting with compliance, tax, and audit requirements • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Providing general office and administrative support as required About you • Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance • Experience in a broad, end to end accounting or finance role • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Comfortable working autonomously in a small office setting • Clear communication skills and a practical approach Skills & Experience • Experience using accounting and financial management systems • Strong Excel skills and confidence handling financial data • Prior experience in a small to mid sized business environment is advantageous What's on offer • Flexible part time opportunity (approximately 3 days per week) • Hybrid working arrangement • Stable role within an established business • Opportunity for the role to evolve over time How to apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
