We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to step into a leadership roles across a high-output infrastructure project in Flagstone for established civil contractor delivering consistent volumes of work. This role suits a hands-on leader who understands production targets, crew management, and site coordination , and who can drive outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and programme. WHAT WE OFFER Work with established civil contractor delivering continuous projects Leadership roles with autonomy and respect on site High-output subdivision environments with clear production expectations Consistent 40–50 hour weeks with overtime Competitive pay rates negotiable based on experience Temp-to-Perm or Permanent options available Clear progression into Supervisor / Project Delivery roles Work with SOURCR – Construction Recruitment Company of the Year (2 years running) YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES Lead and coordinate civil crews across subdivision works Supervise bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and services installation Work closely with Foremen, Engineers, and Project Managers Manage daily production targets and labour allocation Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Coordinate plant, materials, and subcontractors on site Maintain site documentation, pre-starts, and toolbox talks PRODUCTION EXPECTATIONS Drive daily outputs across bulk earthworks and subdivision stages Maintain momentum across short- and medium-duration programs Deliver works ready for inspection, testing, and handover Balance productivity with safety, quality, and crew capability THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong experience supervising Infrastructure or Subdivision projects Proven background leading crews in high-production environments Confident working autonomously while reporting into senior site staff Ability to problem-solve and keep projects moving Available to start within 2 weeks Minimum 2 recent references (last 12 months) Driver’s Licence & reliable transport required THE ROLE Casual, Temp-to-Perm or Permanent opportunities Temp-to-Perm reviews typically at 8–12 weeks Ongoing work with long-term career pathways for strong performers To apply or discuss further: Reply via email to confirm interest or contact Leo on 0420 958 825 .
