Company Overview: Join a leading civil construction contractor delivering a major road upgrade project in Flagstone. We are currently seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operators for ongoing work across bulk earthworks and road infrastructure packages. We are looking for multiskilled operators Roller / Moxy / Watercart What We Offer: • Consistent full-time hours with overtime available • 11-hour days | 6:30am – 5:30pm shifts • $38.36/hr Super Meals Travel Penalties • Ongoing project work with immediate starts available • Work alongside experienced civil crews and supervisors • Opportunity to operate multiple machines across the project Your Day-to-Day Duties: • Operate Rollers, Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks, and Watercarts • Assist with road construction, bulk earthworks, and civil infrastructure works • Conduct pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance • Work closely with ground crews and other operators on site • Maintain site safety standards and follow WHS procedures • Support general site operations as required Experience & Requirements: • Previous experience operating Rollers, Moxy, or Watercarts on civil projects • Civil road upgrade or subdivision experience highly regarded • Relevant plant tickets / VOCs preferred • White Card essential • Reliable transport and current driver’s licence • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Additional Information: • Location: Flagstone QLD • Long-term opportunities available for the right candidates • Temp-to-perm opportunities depending on performance To express interest, apply via email anton.smith@fetchrecruit.com.au SCR-anton-smith
