The Role Reporting into a supportive and talented FD and collaborating with a local Director, your duties as the Financial Controller will be broad and varied. This will include: Managing the day-to-day accounting function and being a key support to the FD Managing all financial accounting, including month-end, year-end and financial statements Provide reporting to Global HQ Manage the local audit process Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax – prepare taxes, including GST, PAYG, FBT, and corporate income tax returns Supporting the budgeting process Manage 4 accounting staff Be involved with process improvements and automations, including new system implementation Your Background This Financial Controller role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing business.
