About the Role The Duty Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue. This role involves leading shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth service across all departments. The successful candidate will work closely with the venue management team to maintain operational standards, manage service flow, and foster a positive team culture.
