We’re looking for a thoughtful, reliable support worker to assist two young people (teenage/young adult, supported separately) to live good, meaningful lives. This is relationship-based support — not task-only work. The right person will care about doing things well, not just getting through a shift. The young people you’ll support are kind, funny, and come with some excellent pets. The role You’ll support daily living and community participation, including: • Supporting completion of allied health therapy tasks • Preparing food, life admin, and household chores • Exploring social and community activities No personal care duties are required.
