Your new role We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Temp division in Perth. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a recruitment or sales environment sales, be ready to drive business growth, build client relationships and deliver exceptional candidate care. This is a warm desk with many long-term, active and high level contracts with opportunity for significant further growth. Main responsibilities: Build and grow your portfolio across but new and existing client opportunities Drive market share through relationship building, client mapping and reverse marketing of top quality candidates Generate creative candidate attraction strategies and talent sourcing techniques Provide high quality customer service to both candidates and clients Proactively connect and build relationships with active and passive job seekers Manage job orders with speed and precision Collaborate with internal teams and national clients About you: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales, account management or client management is highly beneficial Driven, proactive, and target-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Consultative, solutions-oriented, and resilient Excellent verbal and written communication skills A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets Why PERSOL?
