With a strong operational footprint and a focus on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the business is seeking two experienced HSE Business Partners to support complex project environments and partner closely with operational teams onsite. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a large-scale project environment where you will play a key role in supporting frontline leaders and project teams to embed proactive health & safety practices across construction and infrastructure operations. These positions are highly operational and relationship-driven, suited to individuals who enjoy being onsite, partnering with stakeholders, influencing positive safety behaviours, and providing practical support within fast-paced environments. 2 x opportunities available Initial 12 month contracts Western suburbs locations – Keilor & Altona 5 days onsite Key Responsibilities Partner closely with operational and project teams to support safe work practices and proactive HSE outcomes Coach and influence stakeholders to embed a positive and resilient safety culture Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE systems, processes, and initiatives Conduct site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis Deliver HSE training, coaching, and guidance across project teams Assist with reporting, compliance activities, and regulatory obligations Build strong relationships across project managers, construction teams, delivery partners, and client stakeholders About You Previous experience within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or other high-risk industrial environments Strong operational HSE experience within project-based environments Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments Ability to influence and build credibility with operational stakeholders Collaborative, practical, and solutions-focused approach Comfortable working onsite within complex and fast-paced environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant HSE qualifications highly regarded How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
