About the Position: We are seeking a skilled Software and Applications Programmer to join our team in Girraween. This role is essential to researching, analysing and enhancing our internal systems and applications that power inventory management, e-commerce customisations, refurbishment tracking, quality control and overall business operations. By identifying technology limitations and developing tailored solutions, you will directly support operational efficiency, scalability and the continued success of Techno Partners in the competitive refurbished IT sector. Key Responsibilities: Researching, consulting with internal stakeholders, analysing and evaluating system program needs Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods Designing, developing, testing and implementing custom software applications and system integrations Maintaining and optimising inventory management, sales, customer relationship and refurbishment tracking systems Developing tools to support quality control, logistics and operational workflows Troubleshooting software issues and providing ongoing technical support to the team Collaborating with operations and sales teams to improve digital automation and efficiency Documenting system specifications and preparing technical reports for internal use Requirements : Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in software development and applications programming. Strong proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java or similar), SQL databases and web development frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and work collaboratively in a small-team environment.
