Ermington Family Medical Practice is seeking a locum Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team to cover maternity leave, commencing 1st May for a minimum period of 6 months. We are a well-established, community-focused general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Details: Ideally full-time, however part-time applicants are encouraged – we are flexible and happy to work around your availability. Minimum 6-month locum role (with potential for extension). Supportive team environment with experienced GPs and staff. Key Responsibilities: Immunisations and cold chain management. Chronic disease management support. Health assessments and care plans. Wound care and procedural assistance. General nursing duties within a GP setting.
