About The Role: As we expand our team, we are looking for a skilled Telecommunication Engineer to contribute to the success of our projects across the following tasks: Designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks. Developing plans and layouts for telecommunication systems, including network infrastructure, equipment placement, and cabling routes. Installing and configuring network hardware, software, and components such as routers, switches, antennas, and servers Conducting site surveys to assess telecommunication infrastructure requirements. Compiling engineering project proposals to define goals, identify scope, background and need, and ascertain cost of equipment, parts and services required. Evaluating and procuring new products and services from vendors for customer projects. Determining configurations of telecommunications hardware and software, ensuring desired performance of telecommunications equipment. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications systems, including network interruptions, hardware malfunctions, and software errors. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunication solutions with existing infrastructure and business operations. Preparing and interpreting specifications, drawings and regulations for the use of telecommunications equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications systems; Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures in the provision of telecommunications systems; Staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies. About The Candidate: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor degree or relevant higher level qualification with 1-2 years of experience or at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
