As a Building Supervisor at Fine Line NSW Formwork & Construction, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring formwork and concreting projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple site operations simultaneously. Responsibilities and Tasks: Coordinating and supervising formwork, steel fixing, and concreting activities across residential and commercial construction projects. Monitoring project schedules and site operations to ensure works are completed within deadlines and budget requirements. Supervising installation of suspended slabs, columns, stair structures, retaining walls, and concrete frameworks in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Inspecting formwork systems, reinforcement placement, and concrete pours to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and safety regulations. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency and minimise construction delays. Conducting site inspections and resolving construction issues, defects, and non-conformances in a timely manner. Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are implemented and maintained across all construction sites. Reviewing construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to support accurate project delivery. Preparing site progress reports, material records, and quality assurance documentation for management and clients. Liaising with builders, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project coordination and delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Building Supervisor Strong understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement, and concreting processes. Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and Australian construction standards. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $95,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
