The Role This is an office-based position where you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates. You don’t need direct glazing or windows experience—if you’re technically minded, detail-focused, and enjoy working through plans and specifications, we can train you. Key responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting plans and specifications Taking off quantities and preparing detailed quotations Selecting appropriate products based on customer requirements and standards Preparing quotes and orders using internal systems (V6 experience a bonus) Liaising closely with internal teams and customers Following up on quotes and supporting the sales process About You We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and enjoys solving problems. A strong “mechanical” or technical mindset Excellent attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Good level of technical literacy and confidence using systems Interest in the construction industry Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Desirable (but not essential) Estimating experience (construction or similar industry) Experience reading plans or working with building products Knowledge of NCC or Australian Standards Why Join Us?
