Finance Lead This is a hands-on Finance Lead opportunity within a well-established not-for-profit organisation delivering essential services across the community. The role is suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail while overseeing core finance operations, including transactional teams and cash management. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across the function. Key responsibilities include: Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Daily cash management, bank reconciliations and transaction integrity Managing the month-end close process (operational focus) Maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance Supporting budgeting and basic forecasting processes Reviewing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Driving process improvements across transactional finance Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders About You You’re a practical, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning the numbers and keeping things running smoothly.
