You know how most performance roles lean too heavily one way. All execution, no strategy. All data, no creative. Or stuck optimising campaigns without ever really moving the needle. This isn’t one of those roles. This is where you sit right in the middle, owning performance across social, video and display, while shaping how those channels evolve. You’ll join a growing team and step into a setup that’s being rebuilt for depth, not just output. That means less surface-level optimisation… and more real impact on how campaigns perform over time. And if you’re someone who enjoys the creative side as much as the numbers, you’ll get both here. Why this role stands out You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll influence how they’re built. There’s real scope to: Shape strategy across Meta, YouTube, programmatic and emerging channels Work closely with creative teams to improve what actually converts Test beyond promos — finding smarter, longer-term growth levers Explore AI and new ways of working with data You’ll also join a team that’s expanding giving you the chance to manage a specialist and build capability properly. What you’ll be doing You’ll lead performance across social, video and display for a major consumer brand, balancing commercial targets, creative quality and channel innovation. Day to day, that looks like: Guiding strategy, not just execution Improving performance through smarter testing and data use Partnering with creative, product and compliance teams Using data to uncover opportunities others miss What you’ll need You don’t need to tick every box. But you’ll likely have: Experience leading performance marketing across paid social, video or programmatic A strong grasp of both data and creative (not just one side) Confidence working with platforms like Meta, Google, DV360 or similar Experience mentoring or leading others If you’ve worked with large budgets, complex products, or regulated industries, that helps. Not essential. The setup Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home Growing team with clear structure and progression High-performing, collaborative culture Interested? You can apply with your CV.
