We are seeking a highly technical Senior Manager, Data Analytics Consulting, with deep expertise in Generative AI to drive transformative solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll design solutions, advise executive stakeholders, and lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI initiatives—with a strong emphasis on Generative AI—primarily on Azure and other leading cloud platforms. Your leadership will influence enterprise roadmaps and turn strategic initiatives into production-ready solutions. Responsibilities Partner with business and technology leaders to understand objectives, discover use cases, and translate them into actionable AI roadmaps Evaluate GenAI capabilities, articulate business value, and recommend pragmatic, forward-looking implementation strategies Stay ahead of industry and regulatory trends, especially in Generative AI, to guide clients on emerging risks and opportunities Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures (with a focus on Azure) that integrate AI services, data platforms, and existing enterprise systems Define technical blueprints, integration patterns, security controls, and scalability considerations for AI-enabled solutions Lead technical discovery and POCs to validate feasibility, performance, and user experience Requirements 8 years of experience designing and delivering cloud-native data and AI solutions Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, AKS) Strong foundation in solution architecture, systems integration, and modern software development practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code) Proven consulting experience guiding clients through the full lifecycle of AI initiatives—from ideation and business case creation to deployment and adoption Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs and related tooling, with understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and responsible AI frameworks Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders We offer By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at Great Place To Work-Certified™ in 2024, Glassdoor’s Top 100 Best Places to Work in 2023 & one of Most Loved Workplace, as recognized by Newsweek, 2021 - 2023 Employee ideas are the main driver of our business.
