About the Role: Reporting to the Director of People & Culture (Australia & New Zealand), you will lead state-wide People & Culture strategy across NSW, partnering closely with operational and key account leaders to lift capability, strengthen engagement, manage risk, and deliver a consistent, purpose-led culture. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching and enabling strong people leadership. Lead and support operational leaders in complex ER/IR matters. Partner with leaders across key accounts to strengthen culture, engagement, and workforce capability. Ensure compliance with ISS standards and promote a purpose-driven, inclusive workplace. Partner with P&C Centre of Excellence to deliver People programs across NSW including talent, workplace experience and learning and development. Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships. Use people metrics and data to shape actions and outcomes with leaders. What you’ll bring: Senior HR leadership experience in a large, complex, operational environment. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and proven IR/union consultation capability. Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity: structured decision-making, confident stakeholder influence, and calm judgement under pressure. Strong investigation capability — thorough, objective and evidence-based. Excellent communication and relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders.
