THE ORGANISATION A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join a leading global professional services organisation on an initial three month contract. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across both experienced hires and graduate recruitment portfolios, as well as managing 2 small teams. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to attract and secure high calibre talent in a fast paced, complex environment. Please note this is a 3 month contract initially. THE ROLE In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition function across both experienced hire and graduate recruitment portfolios, partnering closely with senior business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted attraction and hiring strategies. A key focus of the position will be leading, coaching and developing a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring delivery against ambitious hiring objectives. In addition, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing and enhancing recruitment processes, systems and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency, effectiveness and overall hiring outcomes. THE CRITERIA You are a proven talent acquisition leader with experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations and partnering with senior stakeholders to solve workforce challenges. Extensive experience leading talent acquisition functions or recruitment teams within professional services, consulting, financial services or similarly sophisticated environments. You must have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly at executive level as well as a strategic mindset coupled with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery.
