The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Design & Projects Manager to join a high-performing Capital Projects team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets are presented to a high standard and aligned with long-term asset strategies. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to guide design outcomes from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on, design-focused role with strong variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple assets. Key Responsibilities • Support the development and delivery of design concepts across multiple projects • Provide design input and oversight from concept through to completion • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors • Review and guide tenancy designs to align with asset vision • Contribute to project planning, presentations and stakeholder engagement The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Background in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline • Experience delivering design-led projects (retail, commercial or similar) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach Benefits: This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established property group in a role where you can genuinely influence the look and feel of assets across a high-quality portfolio.
