This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded and technically capable Project Management professional with a strong market presence, established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to win, lead and deliver complex projects across multiple sectors. Operating at Director level, you will lead a growing team while driving both project delivery and business development initiatives throughout the WA market. The position requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational oversight and hands-on client engagement, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and identifying new areas of opportunity. Projects span commercial, education, infrastructure, government and institutional sectors, with exposure to high-profile developments and nationally connected clients. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across broader property and advisory divisions to maximise cross-functional opportunities and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of complex projects and programs from inception through to completion Drive business development activity and convert new client opportunities across the Perth market Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while identifying new growth opportunities Lead and mentor a high-performing Project Management team Oversee project governance, risk management, financial performance and operational delivery Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, cost and time expectations Contribute to strategic business planning, team growth and broader operational objectives Collaborate with national leadership and internal business units to drive integrated client outcomes Experience and previous responsibility of managing business operations and P&Ls About You Extensive Project Management experience within the property, construction or consultancy sectors Strong technical capability across project delivery, governance and stakeholder management An established network and proven ability to generate and win work Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, performance and client outcomes Strong commercial acumen with exposure to financial management and P&L accountability A collaborative leadership style with the credibility to operate at senior executive level Passion for developing teams, building client partnerships and driving business growth This opportunity offers the chance to join a highly respected global organisation with an established national platform, strong brand presence and access to institutional-grade clients and projects.
