What’s on offer Ongoing, long-term work with a strong project pipeline Lower cost of living and less traffic compared to Melbourne Consistent 50 hour weeks Opportunity to gain VOCs on machinery Ability to complete 88 days of regional work Pathway from labour hire to full-time employment Market-leading pay rates The role Bulk earthworks, trenching, batter work, and final trim Truck loading/unloading and operating machinery (moxy, rollers, etc.) Pits and pipe, conduits, spotting, temp fencing, and general labouring Operating machinery (15t–50t where ticketed) 10-hour days, 5–6 days per week Requirements Willingness to relocate to Adelaide Civil construction experience White Card and relevant RII tickets Driver’s licence and reliable transport GPS experience (advantageous) Available to start ASAP This is not a FIFO or DIDO role.
