You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Property Managers who will train, guide and mentor you into a Property Manager. What you’ll be doing: Backing the senior PMs — no pressure, no lone-wolf portfolios Talking to tenants (professionally, with empathy – not scripts) Handling ingoings, outgoings, routines Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants & trades Getting across the finer details that make a great PM What we’re looking for: 6 months in real estate (reception, leasing, admin – we’re open) Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills A brain for detail and a heart for service Someone who can juggle, adapt, stay calm and stay sharp Property Tree experience preferred (but not essential) Certificate of Registration or Licence Driver’s licence own reliable car Why this team?
