We’re looking for a driven Accounts Receivable / Collections professional with some team leadership experience who’s ready to step into a larger leadership role. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll lead a capable team within a nationally recognised organisation with a long and successful history. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already had exposure to leadership - perhaps as a manager, senior, 2IC or acting team lead and is ready to take full ownership of a team. The Opportunity You’ll lead a team of experienced collections professionals, ensuring processes run smoothly while driving performance across debtor management and cash flow outcomes. Working closely with the Credit Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team, improving processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting a team within the credit and collections function Driving collections performance and debtor management outcomes Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Managing escalations and complex customer accounts Working closely with the Credit Manager on reporting and process improvements Supporting a positive and high-performing team environment About You Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections - preferably in a high-volume environment Some team leadership or supervisory experience (team lead, senior, 2IC, or similar) Strong communication and relationship management skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach The ability to motivate and support a team Must have full working rights - only PR or Citizens considered as no sponsorship can be offered.
