About the RoleWe are seeking a Refugee & Disability Employment Engagement Consultant to support people with disability from refugee backgrounds to achieve meaningful employment.Working within the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program and reporting to the Hubs Manager, the Consultant works within a collaborative team to deliver inclusive employment services that support refugees with disabilities and other participants to achieve sustainable employment. The role involves managing a caseload, providing tailored coaching and support, and working closely with local employers to identify opportunities through labour market mapping, job carving, and reverse marketing. The Consultant builds strong employer partnerships, supports participants through placement and post-placement, and contributes to the SSI Service Delivery Model to ensure holistic, individualised support while achieving program KPIs.We’re Looking for People Who:Demonstrated experience in meeting KPI’s and ensuring compliance.Has positive can do attitudes with proactive manner. Cultural competency and sensitivity, with experience working in multicultural settings.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Previous sales and customer service experience are highly regarded.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneouslyCompletion of, or willingness to enrol in Certificate IV in Employment Services Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomesHigh level customer centric approach and the ability to show empathy to job seekers and clients.
