Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will coordinate core operations for graduate research across Master of Commerce and PhD. You will support candidates, supervisors and academic leaders, shaping admissions, scholarships, candidature management and development activities. You will gain broad exposure to faculty governance, funding schemes, events, and continuous improvement of student services. What you will deliver: Coordinate graduate research admissions and scholarship assessment, ensuring timely recruitment of high-quality candidates with departments and central teams. Manage candidature administration for Master of Commerce and PhD courses, including enrolment, study plans and variations. Administer internal graduate research funding schemes and provide executive support for key Faculty graduate research committees. Plan and deliver graduate research events, including orientation, skills training sessions and other candidate engagement activities. Maintain accurate records, digital content and web pages, and resolve complex staff and student enquiries promptly and professionally. You may be a great fit if you : Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant area, or equivalent experience and training in higher education. Demonstrate experience coordinating complex administrative functions, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a large organisation . Provide high-quality customer service and policy-based advice to diverse stakeholders, including students, academics and professional staff. Build effective relationships and collaborate constructively with colleagues across departments, schools and central University services. Identify process improvements, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of agreed changes.
