Job Description M.J. Bale is seeking an experienced and performance-focused Store Business Manager to lead our Claremont Quarter store. This is an exciting opportunity to drive results, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium retail environment. The Opportunity As Store Business Manager, you will take full accountability for store performance, team leadership and operational excellence. Commercial Leadership Drive sales targets, KPIs and overall store profitability Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities Manage wage budgets and roster efficiency Grow average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT) and database engagement Develop local business and clienteling strategies to strengthen market presence Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train and develop a high-performing retail team Lead from the front, demonstrating premium selling standards Coach team members to exceed individual and store targets Conduct regular performance and development conversations Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration and pride Premium Customer Experience Deliver personalised styling and tailored service Build long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clients Drive appointment-based selling and Custom opportunities Ensure the store consistently reflects M.J.
