Infrastructure Advisory Consultant – Boutique Firm Sydney | Hybrid | $135k–$150k package This is an opportunity to step out of a large, hierarchical environment and into a high-quality boutique infrastructure advisory working on projects that genuinely shape cities and communities. The firm advises public and private sector clients across transport, health, housing and energy , delivering commercial, procurement and delivery advice on complex infrastructure programs. Growth has created an opening for a Consultant with around 3–4 years’ experience — someone who has strong foundations, commercial curiosity, and the appetite to take on more responsibility. In this role, you will work directly with senior advisors and clients, contributing across: Commercial and strategic advisory on major infrastructure projects Procurement strategy, delivery models and transaction support Business cases, investment analysis and option evaluation Problem-solving across real delivery challenges — not just theory This is a flat, collaborative environment where you are trusted early, exposed to decision-makers, and supported to build real advisory capability.
