Job Description Our Portfolio and Program Advisory (PPA) team in Brisbane, is looking for high performing Senior Consultant to support our clients improve the way in which they manage their capital project portfolios and programs. You will work alongside specialist advisors within our national business to support engagements that enable our clients to realise their strategic aspirations through improved ways or working and increased levels of assurance. You will enjoy variety between engagements in providing tailored client solutions and being part of performance improvement teams at various stages of typical project lifecycles and levels of client and capital program maturity. Key Responsibilities include: Provide consulting and advisory services to our clients in support of improving assurance in capital programs and portfolio management Support clients to improve their capability and consistency in their approach and improve clarity within the appropriate business areas to support effective and informed decision making Provide support to clients across several sectors including but not limited to Commercial, Real Estate, Healthcare and Infrastructure Lead and contribute to client proposals and support the bidding process including attendance to client interviews and presentations Translate complex data into executive-ready insights Design, build and implement Power BI reporting solutions Apply project controls expertise across cost, schedule, and risk Integrate with neighbouring WT teams (including carbon advisory and digital) to better provide a total assurance solution to our clients To be considered you must have: Strong experience across project controls disciplines Advanced data analytics capability Proven Power BI expertise Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills Demonstrated ability to work within a capital project related team, undertaking performance improvement and/or capital project management initiatives 5 Years of relative portfolio, program or project management experience Ideally, you can also demonstrate the following experience: Establishment, improvement or operation of a PMO (Program or Project Management Office) Understanding of the typical Capital Project lifecycle Consulting or advisory background Sound commercial and financial acumen Bachelor's or equivalent degree within the built environment and/or project management qualification/accreditation Why join WT?
