Introduction About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead Food Safety and Quality at our Sydney site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Reporting to the Site Manager and General Manager of Technical , you will lead the site technical function, drive audit readiness, and embed a strong food safety culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the site Food Safety & Quality team Manage and maintain FSQMS (HACCP, GMP, allergen, hygiene systems) Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and GFSI standards Lead internal and external audits Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Oversee CCP/QCP systems and technical data integrity Partner with Operations and NPD Deliver training across site Build stakeholder relationships About You 5 years FMCG food manufacturing experience HACCP, GMP, retailer standards (Coles/Woolworths/BRC) Leadership experience Strong problem solving and communication skills Why Join Us Leadership impact role Strong safety and quality culture Career development opportunities Zero Harm commitment Description It's really no secret, our people are at the heart of everything we do - that's what makes us One Harvest!
