Primary Location QLD - Fortitude Valley - Kingsgate Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town Planner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, to join our Wireless Telecommunications team. Position: Permanent, Full Time Location: This role is open to candidates across Australia, with a requirement to attend a local office at least three days per week. Office attendance expectations may be subject to change and could increase over time. Key Responsibilities Prepare, lodge and manage Development Applications for telecommunications infrastructure. Prepare and manage Deployment Code consultation and notifications. Liaise with council officers, external consultants and internal technical teams. Undertake preliminary site assessments, including environmental and heritage searches. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, ARPANSA guidelines and environmental standards. About You Education: A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline Experience: Experience preparing Development Applications and Deployment Code consultation and notifications Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Local, State and Federal planning and environmental legislation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engagement with Councils and Government agencies, and proficiency in GIS software.
