About you: Supervise and coordinate daily demolition activities in compliance with Schedule 26 (S26) regulations and site safety requirements Lead, mentor, and manage civil crews to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, JHAs, SWMS reviews, and safety inspections Liaise with project managers, engineers, HSE teams, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with environmental and safety standards Maintain accurate site documentation, permits, and compliance records Enforce strict adherence to FIFO site policies, safety systems, and client expectations Desirable / Requirements Section (optional add-on): Current WA Supervisor S26 Certification (essential) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage crews in remote FIFO environments White Card, Australian Driver’s Licence About Connect Resources Connect Resources are a WA owned and operated recruitment company.
