About the Role: We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join an established mobile aged care provider in Werribee, Melbourne's west. In this role you will treat clients with a variety of conditions and co-morbidities, primarily involving home assessments, equipment prescription, cognitive retraining and occupation-based retraining within your clinical skill set. The primary referral base is home care package providers, with some private and supported discharge/rehab referrals. This is a fully mobile role, allowing you to build a caseload close to home, working alongside highly qualified and experienced therapists in a collaborative team environment. This is a permanent position available full-time no NDIS work involved.
