The RoleAre you an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (provisional or registered), passionate about helping people return to work and looking for the next step in your career? In addition to delivering vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, Worksafe VIC; Comcare; and TAC, the principal consultant will also complete senior tasks such as induction, mentoring and support to new employer consultants across the team to maximise outcomes for injured workers. Opportunity for advancement to team leader operations, quality and customer management.Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments and transferable skills analyses, case conferencing with treating health professionals, delivery of capacity building programs, work readiness preparation, job seeker education delivery, and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
