Salary package up to $150K inclusive of super Hybrid working model – 2-3 days work from home Long-term career opportunity within a stable ASX 200 business Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to enterprise-level IT projects and transformation initiatives Key Responsibilities Coordinating and managing portfolio reporting, data analysis, and governance deliverables Ownership of Project Status Reports and Portfolio Dashboard reporting, ensuring timely submission, quality assurance, and distribution Supporting planning activities, risk and issue management, change tracking, and portfolio financial reporting Coordinating Monthly IT Leadership Meetings and Steering Committees Maintaining quality and consistency across project and portfolio reporting Managing and updating resource utilisation and forecasting files across the IT Group Maintaining PMO governance documentation, templates, and standards Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors Assisting with vendor onboarding activities including due diligence and contractual documentation Coordinating contractor renewals and associated administration Acting as the primary owner and support contact for the PPM tool Supporting PMO administration, collaboration sites, and IT project delivery tools Maintaining the IT organisational chart and related documentation Providing support and guidance to Project Managers across governance processes Assisting with the end-to-end SOW-to-invoice process Tracking SOW approvals, purchase orders, and vendor invoices Raising purchasing requisitions via Infinibuy and processing GR activities in SAP Supporting invoice approvals and payment processing Providing backfill support for the PMO Manager and PMO Coordinator when required Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience within a PMO environment Previous exposure to an IT PMO highly regarded Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba Strong organisational and time management skills Understanding of project governance frameworks and PMO methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment Experience with MS Project, Power Platform, or Project Web App is advantageous Exposure to Power BI reporting is beneficial but not essential Apply Now This is an outstanding opportunity to join a recognised ASX-200 business where you will be challenged, supported, and rewarded in a long-term role with genuine flexibility and career growth.
